What time can we expect the charts?
The charts are normally sent at about 21.00 - 21.30 NY time.
We are sending the files to your email address. Due to high traffic in
the evenings and sometimes slow processing of incoming mail at the mailboxes
of the providers, it can take some more time for the mail to arrive.
Is it possible to download the files from your site?
Yes, the chart files are also available for download from our website
at our download section.
I can't find the chart I am looking for?
Our base modules only contain the major indices. with Complete modules
we try to be as complete as possible without drowning in thousands of
charts, so if you like to have a chart added to the Complete module, please
drop an email to
and state the stock name, and preferable the stock code. We than put it
on the list of new entry's.
